SERVICE TERMS

Terms of Service

Review the rules and guidelines governing the use of the Invoees platform. Effective date: June 7, 2026.

1. Usage Terms

By accessing the Invoees web application, you represent that you hold full legal authority to bind your company or organization. Invoees grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to generate commercial invoices, client contacts, signature paths, and payment portal views for internal business purposes.

2. User Liability

Because Invoees stores all accounting registers and billing ledgers locally in the user's browser, you are solely responsible for initiating local backups. Invoees is not liable for data loss arising from browser cache clearing, operating system wipes, local hardware failures, or sandbox corruptions. Verify tax calculations manually before forwarding documents to tax collectors.

3. Service Prohibitions

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or adapt the JavaScript source modules of Invoees for commercial re-distribution. You may not use Invoees to generate malicious document links, fraud sheets, or invoices requesting illegal transaction transfers.

4. Disclaimers of Warranties

Invoees is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding tax law compliance, billing accuracy across regions, or service availability. PDF documents compiled using browser print engines or client-side packages are subject to browser version compatibility variations.

5. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be settled under the jurisdiction of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
