Learn how Invoees handles your invoice history, contact details, and system cookies. Effective date: June 7, 2026.
Invoees provides user accounts authenticated via Supabase Authentication. When you create an account, we may process your email and profile information, which may include Google OAuth data if you authenticate through Google.
For authenticated users, application data—including invoices, client information, company settings, and quotations—is securely synchronized and stored using our Supabase cloud infrastructure. This ensures you can access your records across devices. Data is protected in transit via HTTPS and encrypted at rest.
When you generate a shareable link for an invoice, Invoees creates a secure, publicly accessible URL using a unique sharing token. Anyone with this specific link can view the invoice without logging in. You should only share these links with intended recipients.
To improve our application and understand user behavior, Invoees uses third-party analytics services including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs. These services may collect and process telemetry data, interactions, and cookies according to their respective privacy policies.
We use browser localStorage and related browser technologies to preserve application state between sessions, such as theme preferences and local drafts. Third-party analytics services may also use cookies or similar technologies according to their respective privacy policies.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information. You can request the deletion of your account and associated active data by contacting us. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, security requirements, or legitimate operational needs.
If you join our newsletter or waitlist, we store your provided email to send product updates and relevant communications.
